Andrew Hoppert earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training from Concordia University Wisconsin in 2009. Shortly after his undergraduate studies, Andrew earned his certification and license as an Athletic Trainer (LAT,ATC). He also earned his personal training certification from the American Council on Exercise (ACE). He then was able to have the knowledge and skill set to work with clients who have pain or an injury.

 

Andrew continually strives to improve upon his practice by continuing to improve on a more in-depth thought process and becoming more precise with his skill set.  As a result, he is able to evaluate, discover, and address low quality muscular contractions with great proficiency.  He is then able to progress a client’s muscular system through an array of strategies.

 

Andrew opened Muscle Dynamics in 2016 and set out a goal to help all his clients to move, feel better and get stronger all at the same time. Andrew has experience working with all sorts of individuals ranging from all walks of life. Ranging from people who feel that they can’t exercise anymore to people who are confused on where to even start their exercise journey. He also works with elite athletes who are looking to take their game to the next level.

Sally Wahl

After many years of enjoying the burn, Sally decided to live her passion and become a  certified personal trainer.  Sally has been training clients at Muscle Dynamics  for over two years, and loves every minute of it. Sally  tailors her training to each  individuals unique situation. Sally’s goal is to challenge each client to the best of their own ability and within the limits of their capabilities.

Linda Saindon

Registered Yoga Instructor (RYT-200)

​

Linda is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) certified through Yoga Alliance. She has practiced yoga and meditation for over 20 years and completed her teacher training in New York City with Ana Forrest in 2005. In addition, she is certified in Yin, Restorative and Myofascial Release; and is a certified Kids & Teens Yoga instructor.

Linda is currently pursuing 800-hour Yoga Therapy certification and continues learning through classes, retreats and workshops. She holds of Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

​

Linda’s teaching style blends elements of Ashtanga, Hatha, Power and Forrest yoga with an emphasis on alignment and longer holds to build concentration and strength. She loves supporting her students and meeting them where they are in their yoga practice and on their spiritual journey.
